And it is sooooo much easier to clean than the juicer that sits at the back of our kitchen storage shelf. And we also have the sorbet bowl in the freezer so it’s ready whenever we need it — the last time being about two years ago. I’m seeing lots of similarities here between me (your sister) and Chef. Maybe that’s some fodder for therapy!

I will say that while I was working last night — instead of traveling to Budapest through volcanic ash — wonderful smells traveled up the stairway. So if the new juicer had anything to do with that, then I approve. Does it make gazpacho?
